Use these IDs when sending screenshots, videos, or sandbox links here for website updates. IDs stay the same when assets are replaced. Revisions increase; new views receive new IDs.

For example: “Replace IAG-D5O-001 with the new desktop delivery screenshot.”
The ID stays IAG-D5O-001. Its next file would be IAG-D5O-001-r02.png, and the register records revision r02. A different image added alongside it receives a new ID, such as IAG-D5O-002.
Video IDs use VID, for example IAG-IMPACT-VID-001. Sandbox IDs use DEMO, for example IAG-IMPACT-DEMO-001. Send video files or links with captions, a transcript, and a poster image when available. All placeholder slots are explicitly labeled.
